Pop-Out Components
Horn provides the ability to detach specific interface components from the main window and use them as standalone windows. This feature allows hosts to better organize their workspace and improve productivity by making full use of available screen real estate.
Introduction
The Pop-Out system enables you to:
Detach key interface components into separate windows
Arrange components across multiple monitors
Customize your workspace layout
Maximize the use of available screen space
Available Components
Currently, the following components can be detached:
Left Sidebar
Settings Panel
Live Captions Display Panel
Right Sidebar (during Show Mode)
On-Screen MIDI Controllers
Note
More components will be added to the pop-out system in future updates.
Using Pop-Out Components
To detach a component, look for the “Pop-Out” icon in the component’s header and click on it. We tend to put this icon in the top-right corner of the component:

Below you can see an example of a Settings Panel detached from the main window. The main window is on the left side and the detached Settings Panel is on the right side:
